The original certificate booklets at housed at the chapter office. If you would like to request a copy of the original (which may have additional information) contact the chapter by email or phone and make sure to include all the information from the enclosed spreadsheet when making a request.

Note - These are originals and the copies to each of these certificates was given to the emigrant and he was expected to keep it in a safe place - such as his wallet, just as if it were his drivers license or Social Security card.
